About KB Insurance Brokerage
KB Insurance Brokerage is an independent insurance broker that works only on commercial lines. Most of our clients own or invest in buildings: apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, retail, office and warehouse space, vacant buildings, and properties under renovation. We also place laundromats.
Because we're independent, we don't work for one insurance company. We work for you. We look at your building, your lender's requirements and your budget, and then we shop the market for coverage that fits. That includes hard-to-place habitational buildings, landlord and portfolio programs, builders risk, and lender-placed coverage for private lenders.
You'll deal with a real person who knows your file, from the first quote to renewal and the claims that come up in between.
We're based in Brooklyn and licensed in 13 states, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

Yossi founded KB Insurance Brokerage in 2013. He works with building owners, investors and lenders on property and liability coverage. He's based in Brooklyn and licensed in NY, NJ, PA, CT, OH, AZ, FL, IL, MD, MI, NC, TX and UT.
